Dental Membership Savings Plan

Our in-house Pre-Pay Dental Discount Plan is not dental insurance, it is a dental discount plan. Membership allows patients to receive the dental care they need at discounted rates. The plan is available exclusively for patients that do not have dental insurance coverage. The plan is available to both new and existing patients. 

Plan Choices

• Adult: $245 per year

• Adult & Child: $245 + $95 for each child per year
• Adult & Partner: $445 per year
• Family: $445 (2 Adults)+ $85 per child per

 - Patients 21 years of age or above are considered to be adults 

Membership

• Membership is for 1 year (365 days) from the date the membership fees are paid
• Membership will not be automatically renewed, you will be contacted by our office and consulted as to whether or not you wish to renew your membership
• Membership is not available to patients with existing dental insurance coverage

Terms

• Discount plan cannot be combined with any insurance plans, other discount plans or promotions
• Discount plan only covers treatment at Woodland Hills Dental Care's office
• Payment is due at time of service
• Membership fee is non-refundable and is non-transferable
• Cleaning appointments that are cancelled without 24 hour notice will be considered as one of the covered appointments. The replacement appointment will be charged at the discounted fee
• Necessary exam and X-rays as needed
