Our In-House Dental Membership Savings Plan is not dental insurance. It is a simple, one-time payment discount plan designed for patients without dental insurance. Both new and existing patients are welcome to join.
Your Membership Includes:
- 2 FREE dental cleanings
- Comprehensive exam and X-rays
- Unlimited FREE emergency exams and necessary X-rays
- 30% off most dental treatments (based on our regular office fees)

- No annual deductible
- No waiting period for major treatment
- No preauthorization required
- No missing tooth clause or exclusions
- No annual maximum

Membership
- Membership is for 1 year (365 days) from the date the membership fees are paid
- Membership will not be automatically renewed, you will be contacted by our office and consulted as to whether or not you wish to renew your membership
- Membership is not available to patients with existing dental insurance coverage
Terms
- Discount plan cannot be combined with any insurance plans, other discount plans or promotions
- Discount plan only covers treatment at Woodland Hills Dental Care's office
- Payment is due at time of service
- Membership fee is non-refundable and is non-transferable
- Cleaning appointments that are cancelled without 24 hour notice will be considered as one of the covered appointments. The replacement appointment will be charged at the discounted fee
- Necessary exam and X-rays as needed
